1. All puppies are guaranteed to be free of communicable diseases at the time of sale. The buyer MUST have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours from date of sale. Failure to do so will void any and all guarantees. Seller accepts no responsibility for any communicable diseases after 72 hours. Seller accepts no responsibility for vet bills for other dogs in the household, regardless of circumstance.
2. If you are purchasing one of our puppies, it will at the time of purchase have been dewormed, First set of shots, and dewclaws removed. We do not Dock Tails
3. If a serious health problem is noted during your vet examination, seller must receive a written statement from buyer's veterinarian within 3 days from the date of examination. Upon verification by seller's veterinarian of stated health problem, puppy must be returned to seller, unless otherwise agreed by seller. When available, the buyer will be provided with another puppy of the same sex, quality, and value! Shipping is non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.
4. All puppies are guaranteed to be free of any life threatening Genetic problems for up to 26 months. Problems must be reported within 26 months from date of sale and confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.
Health guarantee excludes under bites.
A warranty for Hip Dysplasia is provided for two years, allowing for a replacement puppy from another. This warranty will be terminated should dog be allowed to become overweight or developing joints be over stressed at any point during the first two years. Should dog be found to have Hip Dysplasia within its first two years, Buyer must provide Seller with proof in the form of documentation from PennHIP or OFA. Should results from OFA/PennHIP indicate that an injury may have occurred that caused or contributed to the issue, no reimbursement or replacement will be provided.
5. The temperament of your puppy is based on the amount of time YOU give to your dog and to its development and socialization. Puppy Kindergarten/Obedience classes are recommended for all puppies.
6. Although we try to predict mature size of our pups, we do not guarantee it.
7. The Seller is not responsible for any problems with landlords, family member, work, or allergy. Seller will help in placement of the puppy if buyer is unable to keep him/her for any reason.
8. Any and all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. ALL Sales are FINAL. Seller is NOT responsible for any vet bills incurred.
9. If for some reason you are not able to keep your puppy, you must return it to Poodles. I do not want any of my puppies to ever end up in a shelter or pasted around. Unless otherwise agreed to no money will be returned. Selling your puppy voids this Health Contract.
10. All pups are sold as Pets and must be Fixed by 1 year of age. This excludes Dogs sold for Breeding Purposes.
New family has until ___________ to send Proof of Spay/Neuter. If we do not have proof we will consider this a breach of Contract and your dog must be returned to us with no refund provided or Pay fine of $3000.00.
11. Upon signing below, both buyer and seller agree to all terms and conditions within this contract.
All our adult dogs and puppies are on Nu-Vet Vitamins. We prefer for our puppies to stay on Nu-Vet Vitamins as they are great.
